Once we have shipped your order and sent you the tracking number, we are not liable for any mishandling or failed delivery by the shipping service (USPS or other).

All art prints are printed in-house, protected by a clear sleeve, and are mailed in a sturdy flat mailer.

Orders will ship every Tuesday, unless otherwise specified by Wilson J. Ong Studios and communicated to the customer via the email provided at checkout. Please submit your order by 7p PST on the Monday before in order for your print to ship on the subsequent Tuesday. We ship via USPS using Ground Advantage, which estimates arrival between 5-10 business days.

The buyer is responsible for providing the correct shipping information. Orders will not be refunded for lost, mis-delivered, undelivered, or returned orders due to the buyer providing incorrect shipping information. Orders will not be refunded if the order(s) is lost, delivered to the wrong address, or returned by the carrier due to the buyer providing incorrect shipping information. The buyer will be responsible for all re-shipping costs to the correct address if the order is returned to us due to giving us incorrect shipping information, and Wilson J. Ong Studios will then reship the order to the correct address. The buyer will be responsible for all re-shipping costs to the correct address, as well as a 50% re-print charge based on the value of the print to be re-printed if the original order is lost due to the customer giving us incorrect shipping information.

Changes to Shipping Policy

Wilson J. Ong Studios reserves the right to update Our Shipping Policy at any time without notice. The most current version of the Shipping Policy will supersede all previous versions. You are advised to review this page periodically for any changes.
